CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: ONLINE CLASSROOM LEARNING

At Teknewlogy Group, we prioritize customer satisfaction while recognizing the potential for certain situations to arise. We kindly ask that you carefully review our refund policy to understand the conditions and limitations surrounding refund requests:.

1. Event Postponement or Cancellation:

Teknewlogy Group retains the right to postpone or cancel an event due to circumstances such as instructor illness or force majeure events, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, political instability, or a pandemic like COVID-19. In such instances, participants will be promptly notified, and suitable alternatives will be provided.

2. Refund Eligibility:

Refund requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
a. If you have attended more than one session of the online classroom training.
b. If you have accessed course materials from the learning portal.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Please be aware that the following scenarios do not qualify for refunds:
a. Courses purchased at a discounted rate are ineligible for refunds.
b. Academic institute tie-up courses are exempt from refund requests.
c. If a delegate fails to attend scheduled sessions, no refund will be granted.

4. Refund Request Timeline:

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 7 days of the commencement of the first session. Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of course purchase will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

5. Taxes:

Refunded amounts will not include taxes and transaction processing fees, as these are non-refundable.

6. Availability of Future Batches:

If a learner desires to participate in online instructor-led classes for the purchased course but no future batches are available, the maximum refund applicable will be 10% of the total amount paid.

7. Technical Access Issues:

In the event that learners encounter technical difficulties preventing access to self-paced videos or class recordings and have already completed the course through instructor-led online classes, no refund will be applicable. Alternatively, learners may receive a voucher equivalent to 10% of the amount paid at the time of enrollment.

Self-Paced Courses:

Refunds will not be granted for self-paced courses. Once a course is accessed or enrolled in, it is considered non-refundable.

 

Unauthorized Sharing and Copying:

2.1. If it is determined at any point that a course has been shared with others or accessed by multiple users, no refund will be issued, and access to the course will be terminated.

2.2. In cases where the intent behind the course purchase is to copy or duplicate the course material or content, no refund will be offered, and immediate account suspension will be enforced.
