Our Commitment to Fairness
At Teknewlogy, we prioritize your satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our educational offerings. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our various training programs.
By purchasing any Teknewlogy training course, you agree to abide by these refund policies in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Online Classroom Training
For our instructor-led online courses, the following refund policies apply:
Event Changes
Teknewlogy reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to circumstances including:
- ✓Instructor illness or unavailability
- ✓Force majeure events (natural disasters, political instability, pandemics)
- ✓Technical issues preventing course delivery
In such cases, participants will be notified immediately and offered suitable alternatives.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted under these circumstances:
- ✓You have attended more than one session of the training
- ✓You have accessed downloadable course materials
- ✓The course was purchased at a discounted rate
- ✓Academic institute tie-up courses
- ✓Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
Submit your refund request within 7 days of the first session or course purchase date (whichever is earlier)
Note that refunded amounts exclude taxes and transaction processing fees
If no future batches are available for rescheduling, maximum refund is 10% of total paid
Self-Paced Learning
For our on-demand, self-paced courses, different policies apply:
General Policy
All self-paced courses are non-refundable once accessed or enrolled in.
Content Protection
To protect our intellectual property, the following actions will result in immediate account suspension without refund:
- ✓Sharing course access with unauthorized users
- ✓Attempting to copy or duplicate course materials
- ✓Using content for commercial redistribution
Technical Issues
For technical difficulties preventing access to self-paced content:
- ✓We will make every effort to restore your access
- ✓If unresolved, we may issue a voucher for 10% of amount paid
- ✓No cash refunds will be provided
Additional Provisions
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia. The arbitrator's decision will be final.
We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
